I had a heart attack when I was 12.

After being rushed to the hospital, I found out I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, (I already knew I was morbidly obese and depressed,) and discovered I was borderline diabetic.

At 12 years old, I was faced with a life-altering decision. I imagined it was like I was walking towards a cliff, with one foot off the ledge, about to fall.

Then my life would never be the same again if something didn’t change immediately.

After searching for answers I was introduced to a man named Hans Diehl who shared with me 8 health principles that literally saved my life. I lost 50 pounds in 3 months and never put it back on again.
